سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع | برايم عود

في برايم عود، رضاكم ليس مجرد هدف، بل هو جوهر عملنا. نحن نهتم بتقديم أعلى معايير الجودة لضمان تجربة فريدة تناسب ذوقكم الرفيع، ونسعى دائماً لمنحكم ثقة مطلقة وراحة بال تامة أثناء التسوق معنا.
حرصاً منا على خدمتكم بأفضل طريقة، وضعنا سياسة مرنة وسلسة للاستبدال والاسترجاع وفق الضوابط التالية:
1. المدة الزمنية
- طلب الاسترجاع: يمكنك تقديم طلب استرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- طلب الاستبدال: يمكنك تقديم طلب استبدال المنتجات خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
2. شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع
- أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية المغلفة وغير مستخدم أو مفتوح، مع احتفاظه بجميع ملحقاته والبطاقات الملصقة عليه.
- نظراً لطبيعة منتجات العود والبخور، يُشترط لسلامة باقي الشحنة ألا يتم استخدام أكثر من التجربة المجانية (إن وجدت) أو فتح العبوات المغلفة حرارياً.
- يجب إرفاق فاتورة الشراء الأصلية أو رقم الطلب مع الشحنة المرجعة.
3. تكاليف الشحن والرسوم
- في حال وجود خطأ أو عيب تصنيعي: يتحمل متجر برايم عود كافة رسوم الشحن والتوصيل.
- في حال الرغبة الشخصية بالاستبدال/الاسترجاع (بدون وجود عيب): يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بإعادة المنتج إلينا وإرسال البديل.
4. آلية الاسترجاع والتعويض
- يتم فحص المنتج فور وصوله إلى مستودعاتنا للتأكد من استيفائه للشروط.
- في حال الاسترجاع، يتم إعادة المبلغ إلى حسابكم أو بطاقتكم المستخدمة في الدفع خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ قبول الشحنة.

At Prime Oud, your complete satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality fragrances and agarwood, offering an exceptional experience tailored to your refined taste. We want you to shop with complete peace of mind, knowing that your trust and happiness are always our top priorities.
To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have established a clear and fair Return & Exchange policy outlined below:
1. Timeframe
- Returns: You can request a full return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Exchanges: You can request a product exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition, with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact.
- Due to the nature of natural Oud and incense products, items must not be used beyond any designated complimentary sample (if included).
- A proof of purchase (Order Number or Original Invoice) must accompany the return request.
3. Shipping & Handling Fees
- In case of a defective item or store error: Prime Oud will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.
- In case of change of mind / personal preference: The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the item and sending the replacement.
4. Refund Process
- Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it will undergo a brief quality inspection.
- Upon approval, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
